Opening hours

The Police Museum welcomes visitors from Tuesday to Saturday. The exact opening hours and any exceptions are listed on this page. Please note that the museum may be closed for example on public holidays.

We are open

Tue–Fri 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
Sat 12 noon–5 p.m.
Mon and Sun closed

Exceptional opening hours in 2026:

  • On Easter Saturday, 4 April, we are open from 12 noon to 5 p.m.
  • On May Day, 1 May, we are open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • On All Saints’ Day, 31 October, we are open from 12 noon to 5 p.m.

In 2026, the museum is closed for:

  • Good Friday on 3 April
  • Easter Monday on 6 April
  • Ascension Day on 14 May
  • Midsummer on 19–20 June
  • Christmas holidays. The exact dates will be announced later.
